Zwing-Kinetic Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Arika@ZwingKinetic.co.za.

  2. Securely ship the item to the address provided in our response.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • In cases of defects or damage, Zwing-Kinetic will cover the return shipping fee.
