The Zwing-Kinetic Foot Swing is designed to provide movement, focus, and sensory support for children, teens, and adults. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure safe and effective use.

1. Usage Instructions

Do Not:

  • Stand, climb, or kneel on the swing.
  • Use the swing as a toy, climbing frame, or gym equipment.
  • Attach the swing to unstable surfaces.
  • Allow more than one person to use it at a time.
  • Overstretch or twist the elastic band.
  • Expose the swing to harsh weather conditions or store outdoors.

Do:

  • Use the swing only while seated.
  • Place the swing on a flat, stable surface before use.
  • Use the swing with feet only — swing, push, or tap gently.
  • Supervise young children during use.
  • Regularly check the band, knots, and frame for wear or loosening.
  • Clean the frame with a damp cloth and store indoors when not in use.

2. Care & Maintenance

Frame & Finish:

  • The frame has a durable powder-coated finish.
  • Avoid dragging on rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches or chips.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or high-pressure cleaners.
  • If the coating becomes chipped, touch up promptly to prevent rust or corrosion.
  • Normal wear and tear of the coating is not covered under warranty.

Elastic Bands & Moving Parts:

  • Inspect the elastic bands regularly for wear, stretching, or damage.
  • Do not overstretch, twist, or tie knots in the bands.
  • Replace bands showing signs of weakening to maintain safety and performance.

Cleaning & Storage:

  • Wipe the frame and bands with a damp cloth as needed; avoid soaking.
  • Store indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture, or harsh weather conditions.
  • Keep away from sharp objects that could damage the frame or elastic bands.

3. Warranty Clause

  • The Zwing-Kinetic Foot Swing comes with a limited 12-month warranty applicable only to non-moving parts.
  • This warranty excludes moving components, elastic bands, and any parts subject to normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage to the powder-coated finish (scratches, chips, or fading) from normal use, environmental exposure, or improper care is not covered.
  • Warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, exposure to outdoor elements, or failure to follow these guidelines.
  • Liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective non-moving parts, at the manufacturer’s discretion, upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.
  • Accessories and components not covered under the warranty (including elastic bands) may be purchased separately.
